Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations, including physical examinations and patient histories, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapeutic modalities.
• Adjust treatment strategies on an ongoing basis based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes and recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and modifications to care plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular, proactive communication with patients, detailing their treatment regimens, expected outcomes, and any home exercise programs, while addressing questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive care for the patient population.

Compensation and Benefits
