Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at Restored Strength Therapy, you will primarily work within patients' homes, tailoring interventions to their specific environments, needs, and preferences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to establish a solid baseline for treatment.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized, evidence-based treatment plans designed to address each patient's unique goals and challenges.
• Educate patients and their families on managing conditions, preventing injuries, and cultivating healthy lifestyle choices.
• Utilize a variety of rehabilitation techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices, to promote recovery and optimize physical function.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted based on evolving needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
