Easy Start Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Saint Cloud, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, tailored to patients recovering from spine surgeries and related orthopedic conditions.
• Liaise with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and effective communication regarding patient progress and modifications to treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation that aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
• Participate in community health initiatives that promote wellness and rehabilitation education.
• Effectively utilize technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for documentation and communication.
• Consistently apply professional standards and best practices in a variety of therapeutic settings.
• Maintain professional relationships with all staff and external stakeholders to foster a positive working environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, particularly those related to spinal conditions. Your role will be essential in helping these individuals regain mobility, strength, and independence. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT), with individuals graduating in 2003 or later required to hold a MSPT or DPT.
• A valid and active license to practice physical therapy in Florida, ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
• Current CPR certification, which must be maintained throughout employment.
