Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing conditions, preventing re-injury, and enhancing recovery processes.
• Document patient assessments, progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with required regulatory guidelines.
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and lifestyles of each patient.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and utilize manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient's progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall patient care experience.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at health education and awareness to promote a healthy lifestyle among the local population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing chronic pain, and patients seeking rehabilitation following sports injuries. Our practice focuses on creating individualized care pathways that respect the unique circumstances of each patient while promoting healing and functionality. Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
