Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks to ensure optimal patient care:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' needs for orthopedic physical therapy and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's conditions.
• Implement care and treatment strategies in alignment with physician recommendations, adhering to our agency's policies as well as professional standards of care.
• Deliver high-quality treatments that include evaluating, planning, and executing therapy sessions, alongside educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process.
• Implement preventative measures and treatment protocols focused on restoring functional movement and reducing pain for our patients.
• Offer guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises to foster continued recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure other medical professionals are informed to support comprehensive evaluations for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily revolve around providing specialized care to patients dealing with orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid state-issued Physical Therapy license in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, specifically within an outpatient setting.
• Certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR are mandatory to ensure safe practices.

Compensation and Benefits
