Work Environment

The position is based on-site at our outpatient office where you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Assess each patient's individual goals and needs, developing tailored care plans that utilize various treatment modalities.
• Manage a patient caseload of 2 to 3 clients per hour, ensuring that each individual receives the focused attention and quality care necessary for rehabilitation.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility and overall function, while minimizing the reliance on medications and invasive surgical procedures.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their treatment plans, emphasizing the importance of active participation in their recovery.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through personalized wellness programs.
• Consult and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize patient care and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR software, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, where your expertise will directly contribute to restoring their functional abilities and improving their overall function, thus significantly impacting their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License is required without any disciplinary actions.
• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and effective exercise prescription abilities are essential.
• Experience working with EMR software such as WebPT is desirable.
• Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
