Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Serenity Motion Therapy is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Saint Cloud, Florida. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients regain their physical abilities and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify individual patient goals and requirements to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and effective treatment sessions.
• Deliver cost-effective therapies that prioritize enhancing clients' range of motion and functional mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to reduce reliance on pain medications and provide alternatives to invasive surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and communicate effectively about patient progress.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to optimize their functional abilities.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments meticulously to maintain accurate and thorough records.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as required to ensure optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries, including individuals seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, joint replacements, and chronic pain conditions. You will be dedicated to maximizing their functional capabilities and restoring their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A pristine professional record, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to design and implement exercise protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, for streamlined patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation practices and patient engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
