As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Observability Platforms, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical program management experience, a strong track record of leading large-scale application migrations, solid observability domain knowledge, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and change with strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsPartner with engineering and product teams to define requirements, program success metrics/OKRs, and roadmaps aligned to business outcomesUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver integrated outcomesIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationProven experience leading large application migrations, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects and change initiatives from inception to successful delivery in order to achieve outcomes aligned with firm objectivesStrong Microsoft tools experience ( Excel and Sharepoint)Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients. Be able to translate Customer requirements into technical specifications to engineers, cloud team.
