Descripción General:
Responsable de supervisar y asegurar el funcionamiento eficiente, seguro y continuo de las facilidades de almacén, incluyendo infraestructura, equipos y utilidades. Garantiza el cumplimiento con estándares de calidad e inocuidad, incluyendo los requisitos del programa SQF, mediante la ejecución y documentación adecuada de los procesos.
Funciones Esenciales del Puesto:
- Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del almacén (estructura, techos, pisos, puertas, pasillos y drenajes).
- Coordinar mantenimiento de equipos críticos: montacargas, rampas niveladoras (dock levelers), puertas industriales y sistemas de manejo de materiales.
- Asegurar que los programas de mantenimiento preventivo estén documentados y actualizados.
- Administrar sistemas de refrigeración o cuartos fríos.
- Supervisar sistemas eléctricos, iluminación y generadores.
- Coordinar mantenimiento de sistemas contra incendios (alarmas, sprinklers).
- Gestionar contratistas de mantenimiento y servicios externos.
- Asegurar cumplimiento con normas de seguridad ocupacional y regulaciones locales.
- Apoyar auditorías internas y externas (calidad, seguridad, regulatorias).
- Controlar inventario de repuestos, materiales y herramientas.
- Atender emergencias operacionales minimizando interrupciones en ocasiones fuera de horas laborables.
- Coordinar limpieza industrial y asiste en el control de plagas.
- Mantener archivos organizados y disponibles para inspecciones regulatorias y auditorías.
- Completar y mantener registros requeridos por el sistema SQF.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con estándares de inocuidad alimentaria en áreas de almacenamiento.
- Participar en auditorías SQF y atender hallazgos mediante acciones correctivas documentadas.
Destrezas y Habilidades requeridas :
- Sistemas eléctricos industriales.
- Equipos de almacén (montacargas, dock levelers, puertas industriales).
- Sistemas HVAC y/o refrigeración.
- Sistemas contra incendios.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Normativas de seguridad (OSHA).
- Conocimiento básico/intermedio de estándares SQF.
- Manejo de CMMS (deseable). Maintenace Pro
- Experiencia directa en auditorías SQF o certificaciones similares (HACCP).
- Conocimiento en sistemas Word,MS,Excel.
- Experiencia en mejora continua.
- Certificaciones en seguridad o mantenimiento.
- Comunicación bilingüe
- Cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Disponibilidad operativa de equipos.
- Tiempo de respuesta a fallas.
- Control de costos de mantenimiento.
- Liderazgo y supervisión de equipos.
- Organización y manejo de documentación.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Toma de decisiones bajo presión.
Educación/ Experiencia Mínima requerida:
- Grado técnico o Tecnología Industrial en área relacionada (preferible).
- 3–5 años en mantenimiento de facilidades industriales o almacenes.
- Experiencia supervisando personal técnico.
- Experiencia en ambientes regulados (alimentos, farmacéutica o logística) es altamente deseable.
Condiciones de Trabajo:
- Ambiente de almacén (ruido, tráfico de equipos, variaciones de temperatura).
- Trabajo en campo y supervisión directa.
- Disponibilidad para emergencias y auditorías.
- Interacción constante con operaciones y calidad.
