Our practice is open seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing ample opportunity for you to maintain a work-life balance. Our administrative team is dedicated to supporting you with scheduling and client services, ensuring you can focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess clients’ histories and determine suitable treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize recovery from trauma and the development of resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering emotional well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary health professionals for integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations linked to trauma.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available community resources.
\n
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards through precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development relevant to trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about emerging research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited academic institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Atascosa Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety Center offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes guaranteed pay, annual increases, performance-based bonus opportunities, and paid orientation.
