Job Description: IT Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning execution timelines risks and dependencies
• Coordinate multiple projects and provide status reporting to stakeholders
• Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities
• Create functional specifications process flows and project documentation
• Manage change requests enhancements and project governance activities
• Collaborate with teams across risk compliance cybersecurity data and business functions
• Support KPI reporting dashboard requirements and process improvements
• Maintain RAID logs action trackers and program documentation

Required Skills

• Strong IT Project Management experience
• Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Risk Management Governance or Compliance experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience creating SOWs functional specifications and process documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC platforms such as Audit Board Resolver or similar tools
• Exposure to cybersecurity compliance or internal controls programs
• Understanding of data models reporting and system integrations
