Mission Staffing is seeking a Director of Asset Management for a mission-driven affordable housing nonprofit client in New York, NY. Lead the financial, operational, and physical performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities include setting long-term strategy, leading financing initiatives, and presenting performance to senior leadership and the board. Requires deep LIHTC/HUD expertise and advanced financial modeling skills, with 8–10+ years in asset management and 3–5+
