Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the sourcing process, including writing requisitions and creating outline agreements.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, confirm pricing, manage lead times, and coordinate returns.
• Maintain and monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with corporate buyers and internal stakeholders to align on sourcing needs and priorities.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sourcing and procurement teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Salary Ranges: $54000- $67500
