Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice handling (printing, scanning, routing for approval, and data entry).
• Generate and review AP reports to identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing goods receipts, invoices, or pricing issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the finance and operations teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalacross phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
