Senior Account Executive - Private Equity

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier insurance broker as a Senior Account Executive within Private Equity Insurance . Our client is seeking an experienced insurance professional with 10+ years of industry experience to join their established team in a fully remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance and client relationship management, with private equity experience desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior client-facing role within a leading brokerage, supporting sophisticated clients and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with private equity clients, portfolio companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Advise clients on insurance programmes, risk management strategies, and coverage solutions tailored to their needs.
• Lead the placement, renewal, and ongoing management of complex insurance programmes.
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive pricing, coverage terms, and policy structures.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and deliver additional value through tailored insurance solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high standard of client service and programme delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging risks, coverage considerations, and insurance market developments.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience , ideally within a brokerage environment.
• Strong experience in account management, client advisory, and insurance programme placement.
• Private equity insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
