We’re Central Lending — a private equity firm and direct lender for real estate investors. We finance non-owner-occupied residential properties (1–10 units): fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and rental holds. We lend our own capital, so we can make real decisions fast and stand behind them.

We’re looking for an Account Executive who lives for the relationship and the win. You’ll be the person investors call first — the one who knows their next deal before they do, structures it right, and gets them to the closing table without the runaround. This isn’t cold-dialing for scraps. We hand you warm, qualified leads and a product that sells itself; you bring the hustle, the follow-through, and the human touch that turns a first loan into a ten-year partnership.

You’ll turn inbound and prospected leads into live, funded deals — and then keep those borrowers coming back. Day to day, that means structuring construction loans and acquisition-and-rehab loans for fix-and-flip investors (plus DSCR loans, which we broker out), answering the phone when it rings, and being the reliable, straight-shooting expert your investors trust with their money. You’ll keep your CRM tight and current so nothing slips, and you’ll know our loan programs cold — because confidence closes.

• Have 3+ years of sales or originations experience — mortgage lending, real estate leasing, or brokerage is a big plus, but sharp closers from general sales and lead conversion have crushed it here too.

• Know real estate from the investor’s side of the table (own investment property, or you’re working toward it).
\n
• Are comfortable in a CRM and disciplined about using it.
\n
• Are driven, confident, and genuinely enjoy the chase — you set high targets and beat them.

• Bring a positive attitude, own your results, and thrive when your paycheck reflects your effort (this is a commission-forward role, and that’s the point).
