Overview NorthwesternMutualislookingforatalentedindividualtojoinusforaspringinternship.Therolewillrequire15hoursperweekonsiteinourParamus,NJoffice.Thisisanexcitingopportunitytolearnmoreabouttheday-to-dayfunctionalitiesofTalentAcquisition.WithdirectionfromTheDirectorofRecruiting,thisroleisresponsiblefordistrictnetworkofficerecruitmentandselectionefforts.Thisrolewillexecuteofficerecruitingplanstoreachselectionprocessactivity,fulltimeandinterncontractandconversiongoals,andonlinepresence.Criticalcompetenciesinthispositionincludeinterpersonalsavvy,prioritysetting,strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,anddriveresults. PrimaryResponsibilities Sourcing&Selection Utilizesocialmediaplatformtosourceandengagewithpotentialtalent Usetechniquestorefinesearchesonsearchengines,jobboard,andsocialmedia Promoterecruitingeffortsthroughstrategicmarketing ActivelyparticipateincampusclubsandorganizationstopromoteandbrandNorthwesternMutual Identifyopportunitiesandassistinthecoordinationofoncampuseventsincludingcareerfairs,guestspeakingengagements,etc. Reviewresumesandscheduleinitialinterviews Shadowinterviewsconductedbydistrictrecruitersandleaders Accountability,Tracking,andAnalysis Developproficiencyanduseofapplicanttrackingsystemtomaintaincandidatedatabasesandaccuraterecordsofprospectstoensureefficiencyoftheselectionprocess Assistinthecoordinationofleadershipteammeetingsandthepreparationofactivity/resultsreports Qualifications/Requirements Currentlyenrolledfull-timeincollege Interestinidentifying,engaging,andconvertingpremiertalent Abilitytomultitaskandprioritizeinafast-pacedenvironment Strongoralandwrittencommunicationskills Interestinworkinginateam-orientedenvironment Strong marketing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
