This role will partner closely with founders and leadership teams to identify hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top talent across a variety of functions and seniority levels. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple portfolio companies. Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
