Newark, NJ | Onsite
$65,000–$85,000 DOESchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Talent Coordinator to help create a professional, welcoming, and consistent employee experience. This role will own new-hire orientation and support Talent/HR initiatives across onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, recognition, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding
- Coordinate learning and development programs , including scheduling, resources, participation, and follow-up
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate internal Talent communications, including the employee newsletter
- Handle day-to-day employee requests and provide responsive support
- Maintain Talent systems, documentation, resources, and reporting
- Coordinate Talent projects from planning through completion
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR, Talent, L&D, or a related people-focused role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working with employees and managers at all levels
- Professional, personable, and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, and discretion
- Experience with Asana and learning management systems preferred
- Interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency
