Hybrid Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team. This is a full-time Hybrid/Onsite Monday through Friday position, pay range $35.00-40.00 per hour depending on experience. Must have Financial Planning and Analytics experience. Job Duties Help accounting team create and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial plans. Analyze financial data to identify trends, explain differences in results, and provide recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations that clearly explain financial performance to management. Work with different departments to support business planning and decision-making. Maintain and update financial models, budgets, and forecasting tools. Assist with special projects by analyzing different business scenarios and evaluating potential outcomes. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools. Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years recent experience as a Financial Analyst Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus. Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
