Boden Talent is partnering with a fast-growing Integrated Facilities Management provider to appoint an experienced National Sales Director to lead and accelerate revenue growth across the United States.

\n

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven Facilities Management sales leader to join an ambitious organization that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its commercial function.

\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving national business development activities, securing high-value IFM contracts, and developing long-term relationships with enterprise clients across multiple sectors including commercial real estate, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, healthcare, and corporate occupiers.

\n

The Role

\n

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will:

\n

\n
• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
\n
• Generate and convert new business opportunities across Hard FM, Soft FM, and Integrated Facilities Management services.
\n
• Build relationships with C-suite executives, real estate leaders, procurement teams, and facilities decision-makers.
\n
• Lead complex RFP, RFQ, and tender processes from qualification through to contract award.
\n
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue and service line expansion.
\n
• Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure successful mobilization and delivery of new contracts.
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
\n
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements across the US.
\n

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you must have:

\n

Essential Requirements

\n

\n
• Proven success selling Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions within the US market.
\n
• Significant experience in a senior sales or business development leadership role within Facilities Management.
\n
• Demonstrable track record of winning large-scale, multi-site FM contracts.
\n
• Experience selling into enterprise and corporate clients across multiple industries.
\n
• Strong understanding of Hard Services, Soft Services, Workplace, and Total Facilities Management solutions.
\n
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
\n
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\n
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
\n

• Experience selling contracts valued at $1M+ ARR.
\n
• Existing network within the corporate real estate and facilities management community.
\n
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
\n
