Position Summary As a Cook, you’ll prepare menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, keep your station organized, and help ensure every guest enjoys a great meal. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked station. Work efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with the team and support wherever needed. Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred (Italian or fast casual is a plus). Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes and directions. Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 55 lbs.
