About the Role Most staffing firms hire experienced recruiters and put them straight on a desk. We take a different approach. We hire people with the right instincts and we build them into consultants properly, through hands‑on training directly from leadership, a structured promotion track, and a culture that rewards performance publicly. If you have worked in sales, you already understand more about this role than you think. If you have not, but you are competitive, coachable, and hungry to earn, you are exactly who we are looking for. You will work a full 360 desk, meaning you own both the candidate and client side of every placement. You source, you screen, you manage relationships, you negotiate, and you close. Previous recruitment experience is a genuine advantage and we want to hear from you if you have it. But it is not a requirement. What we cannot teach is work ethic and the will to win. Everything else we can. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous sales experience is a significant plus. Required Skills A track record of hitting goals, whether that is in sales, sport, hospitality, or anything else where performance is measured. Strong verbal communication. This role lives on the phone and in conversation. You need to be comfortable talking to people you have never met, every single day. Resilience. You will hear no more than yes, especially early. The people who succeed here treat rejection as data, not defeat. Self‑motivation. Your manager will train and support you but will not babysit you. You need to own your own day. Coachability. We invest heavily in training from leadership. You need to be someone who takes feedback and acts on it fast. Preferred Skills Previous recruitment experience. If you have worked a desk before, you are already ahead, and we want to hear from you. Prior experience in a sales, business development, or customer‑facing role. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or applicant tracking systems. Exposure to the Energy, Construction, or Technology industries through prior work or internship. What's in it for you? Base Salary + Uncapped commission. No ceiling. Your effort equals your income! Average Total comp in your first year is $60,000 - $80,000, with top performers clearing $100,000+. Most consultants are promoted within 12 months on a clear, merit‑based track. You will know exactly what you need to hit to get there. Two weeks PTO from day one, upgrading to 15 days at promotion. Nine paid holidays, including a full week off between Christmas and New Year's. Effectively, three weeks off in year one.
