Data Analytics Manager

Managing a team of business analysts, the full-time remote Data Analytics Manager will oversee workflow to ensure timely processing, serve as a subject matter expert, and conduct root cause analyses to drive process improvements across encounter operations. Key responsibilities Directing the development and management of internal and external reporting on operational, financial, quality, and compliance metrics Implementing controls to monitor encounter performance and ensuring strategic objectives are met through data analysis Building and mentoring a high-performing analytics team while collaborating with business leaders to prioritize projects Required qualifications Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in analytics or informatics Expert level knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Qlikview or Tableau Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and executing key analyses with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal clients
