Responsibilities
- Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT within an LTAC setting, contributing to the rehabilitation plan.
- Assist patients with range of motion, strengthening, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and activities of daily living.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy, document progress, and communicate changes to the PT and care team.
- Prepare treatment spaces, set up equipment, and maintain a safe, clean environment; adhere to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care and support discharge planning and patient goals.

Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a LTAC/long-term care environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with PT and nursing staff
- Availability to cover the stated shift and guaranteed hours
- Travel-friendly and able to meet travel assignment requirements in the United States
- Basic documentation skills for progress notes and care plans
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to facility policies and safety protocols
