Job Function:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings for visibility and attract top candidates for new job orders.
• Manage resume submissions, schedule interviews, and maintain direct communication with client accounts to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Oversee client feedback, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through successful placements.
• Recruit for assigned accounts while supporting your team's recruitment efforts across their client portfolios.
• Partner with the Credentialing team to ensure temporary hires meet compliance standards and oversee onboarding processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and quality checks with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Support sales team initiatives, prioritize job orders, and foster relationships with hiring managers to expand business within existing accounts.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in agency recruitment or account management.
• Proficiency with CRM/ATS systems for managing workflows and client pipelines.
• Must be based within commuting distance to our New Jersey office for in-person collaboration.
