Responsibilities Oversee the financial management of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and stakeholders Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Requirements 1 year of experience in a business office/accounts receivable preferred Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in financial software and technology Benefits We offer a comprehensive, nationwide benefits package designed to support the health and well‑being of our employees and their families, including: Major Medical Insurance with three plan options to choose from, all offering access to nationwide provider networks.
