Experienced Carpenter / Residential Carpenter | Framing, Finish Carpentry & Remodeling | Bend, Oregon


Pay: DOE ($23-$30+/hour)
Location: Bend, Oregon & Surrounding Central Oregon Communities


Are you an experienced Carpenter , Residential Carpenter , Framer , or Finish Carpenter looking for steady work with a respected construction team in Central Oregon?


We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join a growing residential construction team serving Bend and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, values teamwork, and enjoys building high-quality residential projects from framing through finish work.


This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in residential construction who can work independently, follow plans, maintain a safe and productive job site, and consistently deliver quality results.


Whether your background includes framing, finish carpentry, siding installation, remodeling, trim work, door and window installation, or general construction , we'd like to hear from you.

What We're Looking For


The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in residential construction
• Be skilled in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Follow all job site safety standards and best practices

Preferred Experience


The following experience is highly valued:

• Concrete forms and foundation work
• Tile installation
• Masonry work
• Residential remodeling
• General construction knowledge across multiple trades

Job Responsibilities

• Framing and structural carpentry
• Installing doors, windows, siding, and trim
• Finish carpentry and detail-oriented work
• Assisting with concrete, tile, and masonry projects
• Material handling and site organization
• Supporting crew members and other trades as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
