divh2Manufacturing Team Member II/h2pThe primary purpose of the Manufacturing Team Member II is to perform a variety of assembly and inspection operations following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements./ph3Accountabilities Responsibilities:/h3p Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements./pp Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification./pp Understands assigned tasks and how they relate to others in their team. Works under moderate supervision where duties are clearly defined./pp Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation./pp Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances./pp Completes required documentation./pp May package product for shipping./pp Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives (all)./pp Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction./pp Performs other functions as required./ph3Education Experience:/h3p Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent./pp Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years related work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred./ph3Knowledge Skills:/h3p Special Skills: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred. Previous light assembly experience preferred./ph3Shift and Compensation:/h3ulliThis is a second shift position with the hours of 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday through Thursday./liliSalary range for this position is $19.00 - $27.92 per hour with a 22% shift differential./li/ulpOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integers success.
