This role is 100% commission.We are always looking for professional real estate agents to work with sellers and buyers. A real estate agent handles many tasks throughout the course of a transaction, some responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Agents must prospect for customers, grow their database, and market themselves as well as their listings. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in real estate.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsDetermine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit themIntermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingPerform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' valueDisplay and market real property to possible buyersPrepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)Manage property showings (with software assistance)Maintain and update listings of available propertiesCooperate with appraisers, transaction coordinators, title companies, lenders, and home inspectorsDevelop networks and cooperate with other agents, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractorsPromote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing servicesRemain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesSkillsProven working experience in a sales fieldAbility to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong sales, negotiation and communication skillsPleasant and trustworthyMS Office familiarityReal estate agent's or broker's license Please Note:This position will be in one of our local real estate offices in Allentown, Newtown, Doylestown, Collegeville, Huntington Valley, Lansdale, Lahaska, Ottsville, or Bethlehem.
