Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders, facilitating a clear understanding of their needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and the challenges they face in their day-to-day lives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective interventions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving mental health needs.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for an integrated approach to client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance clinical practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case discussions, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals and families facing challenges related to relational issues, including divorce and family dynamics, as well as broader mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• An attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
