Process Development Associate

Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on formulation and process development work for solid oral dosage forms
- Design and develop digital tools and applications to streamline experimental workflows
- Collaborate with analytical, R&D, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges
- Support experimentation design, execution, data analysis, and interpretation
- Contribute to scientific publications and technical guideline documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Understanding of unit operations and formulation principles for oral solid dosage forms
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for developing digital tools and applications
- Experience with GMP-compliant manufacturing operations and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of image and statistical analysis tools including IMARIS and GraphPad Prism
- Experience with electronic laboratory notebook systems for experiment tracking
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Figma
Compensation: $74,503–$100,799 base per year
