OUR PRODUCTION EXPECTATIONS

Our established monthly production standards include:

• $40,000 in new written Property & Casualty premium
• Life-Licensed Producers: Minimum of 4 written life insurance policies per month
• Producers Without a Life License: Minimum of 8 qualified life insurance referrals per month to an appropriately licensed agency representative
• Consistent daily prospecting, quoting, follow-up, and sales activity
• Strong conversion rates, quality business, and professional customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Consistently prospect, quote, follow up, and close new insurance business
• Achieve a minimum monthly production goal of $40,000 in new written Property & Casualty premium
• If life licensed, produce a minimum of 4 written life insurance policies per month
• If not life licensed, generate a minimum of 8 qualified life insurance referrals per month for an appropriately licensed agency representative
• Convert agency-provided leads into policies using a consultative, needs-based sales approach
• Present and sell auto, home, commercial, and specialty insurance solutions, as well as life insurance when appropriately licensed
• Identify bundling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities with new and existing customers
• Generate additional business through prospecting, networking, and referral relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and follow-up tasks in AgencyZoom
• Follow established sales scripts, processes, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
• Maintain strong conversion rates and a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Take ownership of production results and continuously work to improve sales performance

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Minimum 2 years of successful insurance sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales and premium production goals
• Proven ability to prospect, quote, handle objections, and close new business
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, goal-oriented, and accountable for individual production
• Ability to maintain consistent outbound sales activity and manage an organized pipeline
• Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven sales environment
• Commitment to ethical selling practices, underwriting requirements, and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Texas Life Insurance license
• Experience selling personal lines, commercial, and life insurance
• Previous Farmers Insurance or other major carrier experience
• Experience with AgencyZoom or similar insurance CRM platforms
• Demonstrated success generating referrals and self-sourced business
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
