Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role
Join a leading commercial construction and energy services team as a Enterprise Account Manager based out of Seattle, WA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts across commercial construction and services.

• Build pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and industry relationships.

• Partner with operations to scope, price, and propose solutions that fit client needs.

• Manage opportunities through CRM and report consistently on activity and forecast.

• Represent the team at industry events and customer meetings across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related sales & business development role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications, licenses, or formal training relevant to the role.

• Experience supporting large commercial, data center, healthcare, life science, or institutional projects.

• Familiarity with modern construction technology, tools, and workflows.
