This full‑time position offers the opportunity to help customers bring their projects to life while working with a trusted local company known for exceptional service, quality products, and deep community roots. As a Designer, you'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, guiding them through selections for paint, flooring, window treatments, wallpaper and other home finishes. You'll combine creativity, product expertise, and customer service to create an outstanding experience from inspiration to project completion. Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting paint colors, flooring, window treatments, and other interior finishes. Provide design guidance and product recommendations tailored to each customer's style, budget, and project goals. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up. Maintain an organized, attractive, and welcoming showroom environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
