CGP - Operations Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Operations Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $31.00 to $36.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance, including job gross margin, indirect costs, and overhead performance.
- Prepare financial and operating reports, dashboards, and presentations for business leaders and management teams.
- Provide analytical insights to support key operational decisions, such as pricing, capital expenditures, equipment strategies, staffing, labor deployment, routing strategies, and overhead investments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Preferably have experience with QuickBooks.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Show strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the landscape maintenance or service-based industries is a plus, whether in a finance or operational role or with skilled labor businesses.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial health and sustainability.
