With subscriptions ranging from $500 to $2,000+ per month , the earning potential is significant.

The Opportunity\n

\n

We're looking for a driven Account Executive with an established network of business owners and decision-makers in one or more of these industries:

\n

\n
• Home Services: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, pest control, etc.
\n
• Medical & Aesthetics: Medical practices, medspas, plastic surgeons, etc.
\n
• Rehab & Treatment Centers: Addiction treatment, detox, and behavioral health facilities.
\n

\n

\n

This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll source your own leads, leverage existing relationships, conduct demos, negotiate, and close deals. Wurkzen may also provide qualified opportunities.

\n

The position starts as a fully remote contract role , with the potential to transition into a permanent or hybrid position.

\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Generate new business through your existing network, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
\n
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
\n
• Conduct product demos and communicate Rainmaker's value.
\n
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
\n
• Manage your pipeline and sales activities in our CRM.
\n
• Close both self-sourced and company-provided opportunities.
\n

\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS or technology.
\n
• Existing Rolodex of contacts in Home Services, Medical, or Rehab & Treatment Centers (required).
\n
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely.
\n

Compensation\n

\n
• Base: $4,000/month ($48,000 annualized).
\n
• 20% Commission: On first-year revenue from customers you source and close.
\n
• 10% Commission: On first-year revenue from Wurkzen-provided leads you close.
\n
• Uncapped Commissions: No earnings ceiling.
\n
• Equity Opportunities: For high-performing, long-term contributors.
