About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bringing the Hutton Hotel and Analog brands to life. Supporting the marketing leadership team, this role bridges creative execution and day-to-day operations—translating core brand strategies into engaging collateral, managing digital distribution, and capturing the energy of our property. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Content & Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and audience engagement across social channels. Partner with leadership and external agencies on macro strategy while creating supplemental day-to-day content.
• Design & Collateral Adaptation: Take established visual assets from leadership and third-party agencies and adapt them across various digital and print formats (brochures, menus, signage, presentations, and promotional assets).
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead tactical marketing execution across the property, ensuring all departments have the necessary marketing collateral and aligned messaging.
• Vendor & Agency Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for external printers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, high-quality production of materials.
• Events & Programming Support: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of on-site events, shows, and trade activities. Capture real-time photo/video content during key events as needed.
• Reporting & Trends: Track and report on social media and campaign performance. Stay current on industry trends, design styles, and upcoming artists relevant to Analog and the hotel brand.
• Internal Alignment: Support and guide team members in leveraging brand-aligned social media best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, or entertainment venues.
• Design Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with the ability to adjust design layouts and maintain brand consistency across various collateral.
• Digital Literacy: Strong understanding of major social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content management workflows.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier project management skills.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on photography, basic video editing, and creative copywriting skills are a strong plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for high-profile property events or live shows at Analog.
