Statistical Programming Lead- Manager (Analysis Oversight)

Gilead Sciences seeks a Statistical Programming Lead-Manager to oversee clinical trial programming deliverables and vendor performance within the Clinical Data Science unit. The role bridges internal study teams and external programming partners, ensuring high-quality, compliant statistical outputs while mentoring programming staff and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and approval of Analysis Data Model and Table/Figure/Listing deliverables
- Attend Study Management Team meetings and provide programming-focused functional input
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and address quality, timing, and risk issues
- Review statistical programming requirements, timelines, and key study documents
- Assign tasks to statistical programmers and conduct quality checks for compliance
Requirements
- Strong statistical analysis and programming expertise with clinical trial experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor statistical programmers
- Knowledge of ADaM, TFL development, and CDISC standards
- Experience with vendor management and performance metrics assessment
- Regulatory compliance and quality assurance acumen in clinical data
- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
