Your Mission You’ll lead scaling OGAKI’s TikTok Shop and influencer affiliate practice for prestige beauty clients. You’ll help refine the offering, run the programs, own the performance, and partner with brand leads to turn social commerce into a durable revenue line for our clients. What You’ll Own 1. TikTok Shop + Affiliate Practice Build Design OGAKI’s TikTok Shop offering end to end. Scope, pricing, deliverables, reporting standards, and rollout across the right slice of our client roster. Grow our existing ShopMy and affiliate programs across the client roster, tailored to each brand’s goals. Codify the internal playbooks, workflows, and best practices so the practice continues to scale. 2. Creator Roster + Program Strategy Build and manage a creator affiliate roster across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Substack, and emerging platforms. Recruit, onboard, nurture, retain. Design seeding, commission, and incentive structures that actually move GMV, not just impressions. Oversee and support the management of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, creator communications, and activations day to day. 3. Client Partnership + Performance Sit in front of prestige beauty CMOs and brand leads as the social commerce expert in the room. Lead the strategy, run the reporting, own the relationship. Analyze performance against GMV, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and affiliate attribution. Translate the numbers into next steps the client and the team can act on. Support new business pitches where social commerce expertise is the differentiator. Who You Are: Non‑Negotiables & Must‑Haves Deal‑Makers (You Need All of These) 6 to 10 years across influencer marketing, affiliate, or creator commerce. Agency time strongly preferred, ideally in beauty and wellness. You’ve launched or scaled a TikTok Shop or influencer affiliate program before. Not consulted on one. Built one. You can speak to the numbers behind it. Performance fluency. You read GMV, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and affiliate attribution as a first language. You can forecast, interpret, and recommend with confidence. Client‑facing polish. You can hold the room with a prestige beauty CMO, walk into a pitch, and walk out with the next step booked. Operator instincts. You can manage multiple accounts at once, write strong creative briefs, build internal process, and keep a roster organized without dropping balls. NYC‑accessible. This role is fully remote, but you need to show up in person for client meetings, brand activations, events, and new business pitches as needed. Deal‑Breakers (Any of These = Not a Fit) No hands‑on TikTok Shop or affiliate program experience in the last 3 years. Never owned a performance number tied to creator‑led commerce. Looking for an executional seat where the strategy is already decided. No interest in (or instinct for) prestige beauty as a category.
