\nDXC-Luxoft has one of the world's leading Solutions practices. We are a top-tier Murex Alliance Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade and migration. We provide end-to end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.
\nCompensation for NYC: 150000 - 230000 USD Gross per year based on your interview results.
\nWhether you possess a background in finance, technology or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n• Level 3 support of Murex
\no Ability to trouble shoot the Murex system for issues with the quantitative models utilizing computational finance software skills
\no Ability to explain P&L on complex derivative positions via first and second order sensitivities
\n• Level 3 support of the Derivatives systems in support of the trading desk
\n• Analysis and implementation of new Murex functionality and new product enablement initiatives, leading the FO aspect and coordinating with other supporting functions
\n• Identify and drive process improvements through Murex expertise, and influence evolution of Murex product
\n \nMandatory Skills Description:
\n• 5 to 10 years working with Murex implementations and trade floor support
\n• 5 to 10 years Murex configuration and development skills
\n• Quantitative knowledge of pricing and risk management models
\n• Ability to implement computational finance systems
\n• Strong SDLC and testing skills in support of RAD development
\n• Possess effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders of various levels and functional groups (Traders, Quants, Middle Office)
\n• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot complex issues in a high-pressure trading environment
\n• Ability to elicit and understand complex business processes/requirements from FO, and translate into Murex technical requirements
\n• Exhibits an ownership mindset and have proven track record of successful delivery of high impact projects
\n \nNice-to-Have Skills Description:
\n- BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent
\n- Experience with Flex
\n- Implementations and upgrades: MXpress; MXplus updates and MX.3 main-branch upgrades
\n- Test management
\n- Market Data management
\n- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD
\n- Good understanding on P&L concept overall and its components
