This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities across departments to maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency. The Assistant General Manager actively participates in pre-opening activities, staff training, and implementation of hospitality best practices to drive guest satisfaction and business growth. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management roles. Proven knowledge of hotel operations, including food and beverage management and safety procedures. Strong problem-solving skills with experience in identifying operational inefficiencies. Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pre-opening restaurant projects or new property launches. Certification in hospitality management or related professional credentials. Familiarity with yield management software and revenue optimization tools. Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments. Advanced training in safety and compliance standards specific to the accommodation and food services industry.
