Remote Medical Assistant

To support a telehealth care management program, the part-time Remote Medical Assistant will conduct patient outreach, schedule appointments, and perform medication reconciliation while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a high-volume remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound patient calls and schedule appointments Support Annual Wellness Visits and care management outreach Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR and maintain care coordination Required Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience required Prior healthcare, patient outreach, scheduling, or care coordination experience EHR experience preferred Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics Reliable and self-motivated in a remote environment
