Licensed Medical Assistant

To support the Chronic Care Management team, the full-time Licensed Medical Assistant will conduct high-volume outbound patient calls, guide patients through health assessments, and document interactions in a remote call center environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to check on patients, maintaining a call volume of 70 to 90 calls per day Document monthly Chronic Care Management care plan calls and ensure timely outreach and care coordination Efficiently handle inbound calls, triaging and routing based on clinical urgency while maintaining a positive caller experience Required Qualifications Active Medical Assistant license is required Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in call center or high-volume phone-based work is preferred Passion for patient care and ability to relate with empathy and compassion Willingness to utilize AI tools in daily work processes
