About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44125!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start. One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Description: Provide winter coverage for the specified duration. Options available for different shift configurations. Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required prior to travel. All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is required. Traveler will receive two attempts to pass; otherwise, cancellation will occur. A negative 10 panel drug screen is required within 12 months of the start. All travelers must be nicotine-free unless exempted. Contract extensions may be available for a specified period, followed by a required break after the maximum length of stay. Annual hands-on competency requirements apply for travelers who remain on contract or return the following year. Modules are required to be completed pre-start and annually. Travelers must complete annual modules to maintain compliance. Failure to complete required competencies will result in removal from the schedule until compliance is achieved. All references must come from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
