Must-Have:
Must have one year of full-time active pre-hospital care or equivalent.
Must be over 21 years old.
Must have 2 years of satisfactory driving experience to meet established insurance guidelines.


Description:
This position is responsible for the provision of emergency medical services.
The team operates a range of vehicles and provides support across multiple service levels, including wheelchair and behavioral health transport.
The unit has a capacity of 14 trucks during peak times with 110 staff members.
Staffing includes support for day, mid, and night shifts with a defined patient transport ratio of one patient per transport.
Equipment utilized includes Zoll Cardiac Monitors and Baxter & Alaris IV Pump.
Typical procedures performed include IV insertion and medication administration.
Ideal candidates will be flexible and friendly, adapting to various transport needs and adjusting based on staffing requirements.
Candidates who meet preferred qualifications, such as being boarded with a medical director or holding a bachelor's degree in EMS, will be considered first.
Weekend shifts are required, with one weekend scheduled each month.
This position replaces a contractor role.
