We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
