Account Executive (San Francisco)

Account Executive – San Francisco We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executives to join their rapidly expanding San Francisco team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partnered businesses, acting as a key point of contact, ensuring success on the platform, identifying growth opportunities, and providing exceptional support. Responsibilities Acquire new partners in your region through a robust sales approach, combining significant cold-calling efforts (aim for 50+ dials/day) with strategic in-person pitches. Cultivate strong first impressions as an ambassador for our platform, effectively communicating our unique benefits to forge enduring partnerships. Execute contract negotiations to secure agreements that are financially viable and sustainable for both the restaurant and our company. Contribute to process improvement by collaborating with Account Management to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new partner. Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through proactive phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Qualifications Minimum 2 years total of professional sales experience – closing experience required Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite Good communicator and enjoy working on teams that value collaboration Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance; not fearful of rejection or cold-calling This is a direct hire opportunity with a base salary of $66k-$74k (based on experience). The role includes an uncapped commission plan with first-year on-target earnings typically between $111k-$124k.
