Position Overview

This dual-focused role requires a blend of sales drive and relationship management. You will be responsible for hunting and closing new commercial cleaning contracts, while also acting as the primary point of contact for existing accounts. Your goals are to grow our client portfolio, ensure service delivery meets our high standards, and maximize client retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, and network to find new commercial accounts.
• Conduct site walkthroughs, calculate profit margins, and present custom service proposals to close recurring monthly contracts.
• Serve as the dedicated contact for existing commercial clients.
• Conduct routine quality-assurance walkthroughs, gather feedback, and proactively address any service issues.
• Maintain high client retention rates by building strong relationships with facility managers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell specialty services (e.g., floor waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing).
• Act as the liaison between the client and our cleaning operations team, ensuring client special requests or complaints are quickly resolved by staff on the ground.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience blending B2B sales with account management or client services (experience in janitorial, facility management, hospitality, or service industries is highly preferred).
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus to effectively communicate with diverse client stakeholders and bridge communication with on-site cleaning crews.
• High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of de-escalating client issues and building long-term loyalty.
• Strong corporate presentation skills and the ability to comfortably talk numbers, contracts, and service scopes with executives.
• Highly organized with the ability to balance strict sales targets alongside daily client support tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regular client site visits.
