About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee its clinical and non-clinical operations. The successful candidate will be a person-centered leader with a strong operational background, capable of assessing and enhancing the organizational structure to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality care. The COO will work closely with the CEO and the Board to implement recommended improvements and will be instrumental in supporting the company's initiatives to provide a seamless and consistent experience for residents across the full continuum of care.
